That's the question I kept hearing every day while speaking with people about the vast divide in our country. The political rhetoric has gone past being divisive. It's offensive. It's dangerous. The majority of people see it and don't like it. Our healthcare, neighbors, and pocket books are suffering. 

Project For the People is a community-focused agenda to create connection with our neighbors, friends, and family through effective conversations rooted in unbiased, factual information. It' more than just facts though. It's listening with compassion, not judgment. It's working to create understanding, even if we don't get agreement. 

It's not about being a Democrat or a Republican. It's about being a regular, working-class United States citizen and having a government that works on behalf of the people - not corporations, lobbyists, or foreign interests.
